How do I order from The Planner Hup?
Browse our Planners, Books, or Novels, then tap "Order on WhatsApp" or message us directly with the product name. We'll confirm your order and payment details over WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is arranged directly over WhatsApp once you place your order. We'll share available payment options at that time based on your location.
How do I receive my planner after payment?
Our planners and books are digital PDF downloads. Once payment is confirmed, we send the file directly to you over WhatsApp or email so you can download and print it.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Since our products are digital files delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been sent. If there's an issue with your order, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help.
Are your planners free or paid?
We offer both. Our Free Weekly Planner and free tools (habit tracker, GPA calculator, and more) are completely free to download. Our full planners, books and novels are paid digital products.
Can I buy more than one planner at a discount?
