Quick summary: All products sold on The Planner Hup are digital and delivered instantly, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your file is missing, corrupted, or incorrect, we will fix it or replace it free of charge.

1. Nature of Our Products

Everything we sell — planners, journals, books, and novels — is a digital product. There is no physical item shipped to you. Once a file is delivered, it cannot be "returned" the way a physical product can, which is why this policy focuses on delivery issues rather than returns.

2. No Refunds on Digital Products

Because our products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded, saved, and used immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong product by mistake, or simply not liking a design. Please review the product description, preview images, and price carefully before placing your order.

3. When We Will Help You

We want you to actually receive and enjoy what you paid for. We will provide a free replacement or fix in these cases:

You did not receive your file after payment was confirmed.
The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or won't open.
You received the wrong planner, book, or novel by our mistake.
You were charged more than once for the same order.

In these cases, contact us within 7 days of your purchase at theplannerhup@gmail.com with your order details, and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible — usually with a corrected file rather than a refund, since the product itself is easy for us to resend correctly.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally paid twice for the same order, let us know at theplannerhup@gmail.com along with proof of payment, and we will refund the duplicate amount using the same payment method you used to pay us.

5. How to Request Help

Message us on WhatsApp using the button on our website, or email theplannerhup@gmail.com, and include your name, the product you ordered, and a screenshot of your payment or order confirmation. This helps us resolve your issue faster.
